The Move Gun: The Next Step In Video Game Evolution

I recall my very first video game gun- The NES Zapper. I adored the "click" it made each time I squeezed the trigger- the closest it came to in terms of realistic features. But, that was a really] long time back. Nowadays we have the Wiimote, the Kinect, and a ps3 gun The Sharpshooter. Even Sony has jumped onboard the peripheral market bandwagon. Yes, there has been a recent flood of third-party ps3 move guns but this is the ps3 move gun. Aside from the move shooter attachment (a pistol attachment), this really is the only official rifle attachment for the ps3 move. This is undoubtedly the best accessory you will get right now in terms of guns, or shooting things in general. It feels like your holding an MP5. Even the vibration from the move controller feels like recoil. The reload feature is awesome because the button is located under where the magazine would be. Essentially, you're going to seriously get into the game, like you're actually there ripping bullets. You could possibly reload two other other ways ,too, like tilting the rifle left or right, or pulling the grip back, like a shotgun. The navigation controller (the part with the analog stick) works surprisingly well. I thought I'd have a very tough time running around in Killzone, but it is like using a controller, because I use my left thumb for the stick anyways, the feeling is identical (on top of that, it features a left-handed option).

It really is just a superb toy all around. The arcade feel is definitely brought inside your home (or wherever you're playing. The one thing that kind of sucks (or that may be good for some people) is that you can't play for hours on end. Your arms will not be able to handle it. It tends to make you stop and rest as opposed to playing straight for three hours. Perhaps it is a massive plot by Sony to help kids get physical exercise? Who knows? What I do know for sure is what is ridiculously exciting- playing with the Sharpshooter. I've got to tell you for sure though to get the Socom 4 Full Deployment Edition. It comes with the full move bundle, the game, and the Sharpshooter. No other package deal is going to beat this one. The move deal alone (move wand, the eyetoy, and Sports Champions) costs $100, and the navigation controller (the second part, with the analog stick) is another $30. Total is $130. The Socom 4: U.S. Navy Seals Full Deployment Edition is $150, so it really is worth it. As a bonus, the game is truly enjoyable as hell with the gun.
