There are plenty of free full length movies available on YouTube these days which many people are not aware of. A lot of what is available are old classic movies but you will also come across a few more modern films too. This is great news for all of us movie lovers, because it means that we never have an excuse to be bored again. There are some pros and cons to YouTube movies though and we will be considering these here.
The Pros of YouTube Movies

- The fact that YouTube movies are free has to be the biggest benefit. With spare cash being something that most of us don't have much of these days, it is lovely when you can get something for nothing.
- YouTube has plenty to choose from with millions of videos as well as many full length movies.
- You will never get bored or run out of things to look at on YouTube because of the fact that every day, new items are added.
- YouTube is extremely user friendly and you don't have to worry about malware or viruses like you would with other websites offering free movies.
The Drawbacks of YouTube Movies
Below are a few of the bad points in relation to YouTube movies
- With so many videos on YouTube it can be hard to track things down. This is particularly true if you don't know what you are looking for. It can often take a bit of time to track down the appropriate video even when you know the name of the film.
- The majority of full-length movies are old classics. You will probably be frustrated if old classics are not something that you particularly enjoy.
- The latest movies do occasionally end up on YouTube. But copyright infringement means that they don't stay there too long.
We are fortunate to be able to enjoy such a lot of things due to the creation of the world wide web. We are capable of doing things such as shopping, sending e-mail, looking for and finding information - and so much more besides. Probably the most favourite thing to do though is watch free movies online.
